|
Collection of 24 autograph letters on military and other matters, from the Duke of Wellington, Sir W. M. Flinders-Petrie, Professor Richard Owen, James Nasmyth, Captain J. H. Speke, Lady Astor and other individuals, 1826-1920 (MS 1028/1). Collection of autograph letters from mostly French nobles and officers, including Marie Antoinette (MS 1028/2). Collection of 24 autograph letters from the Duke of Wellington and other British officers around the time of the Battle of Waterloo (MS 1028/3).
