CS |
Records of the Court of Session. OPAC contains the basic lists of court registers which have to be ordered out and searched to identify the individual processes associated with them. We are transferring the content in the registers into OPAC so that they can be used as an index to surviving processes and to identify actions which took place but for which no processes survive. Index information for the following series will appear gradually in OPAC as work progresses:
- CS46 (Acts & Decreets, 5th series, 1830-1998). Years 1830-40, 1850-1851, 1878, and 1880-1994 are now on OPAC;
- CS248-CS249 (Unextracted processes, 2nd Arrangement 1822-1911);
- CS281 (Bill Chamber Petitions in Sequestrations 1856-1955);
- CS315 (Curatories and Factories, 1850-1948).
See our online Guides to the Records for more information on these series.
