Contract of wadset between Sir George Ogiluy of Dunlugus, kt., on the one part and Patrick Chalmer, burgess of Banff and Violet Jhonstoun, his spouse, on the other part, whereby said Sir George wadsets to them, in conjunct fee, the lands and glebe formerly belonging to the Carmelite friars beside the burgh of Banff, the lands called Belliscroft and Skurriefauld and an annualrent of victual furth of the lands called Freiris bank, under reversion for 600 merks Scots.
