Scale [1:63,360] 1 inch = 1 mile. 1140 x 920 mm on sheet 1220 x 965 mm. Engraving. Linen backing. County map with inset plan of the city of Glasgow. Dedication to the noblemen and gentlemen of the county of Lanark. Churches, seats and ruins noted. Explanation. Table giving population per ward and parish. Title within rococo cartouche ornamneted with cherub and symbols of the arts, agricultural improvement and produce against scenic background and ships. |
