No scale. 320 x 207 mm. Ink. Watermark: 'L. Pain' No compass rose but directions noted.
Sketch plan showing P Greenhill and A Nicol's muirs divided by 'mutual ditch or drain towards the Pow'; the Pow or miln water tract; Muirhouses; and Cottertown in the west. Nicol's muir shows two gulls, one draining water into the mutual ditch and the other carrying the water east from the field. Noted are higher, lower and arable ground and the 'road to Errell (sic) [Errol] along which is a ditch not cleaned.'
