Ordnance Survey sheets of Linlithgow coloured to show lands of Parkhead above Linlithgow Loch. Town of Linlithgow shown. Note 1: 'This is the Government Survey Plan referred to in the Lease between the Honourable James Kenneth Howard one of the Commissioners of Her Majesty's Woods Forects and Land revenues and Messrs Robert Bowie senior and Robert Bowie Junior both residing at Parkhead Linlithgow dated the 8th January and 17th April and Minuted in Chancery the 22nd April all in the year 1879 - the boundaries of the lands and farms of Parkhead referred to in the said Lease being here on coloured green.
