'Copy Plan No II of the Coltness Iron Companys new Leasehold 1871'. Unattributed.
3/4 inch = 10 imperial chains. 713 x 445 mm. Coloured. Heliozincograph. Linen backing.
Plan of part of Lanarkshire coloured to show the boundary of the Coltness estate, reserved space and the leased coalfields. Names of lot owners are given. Note: 'Copy Docquet on principal 'Plan No 2 Referred to in lease by James Houldsworth Esquire of Coltness in favour of Thomas Houldsworth Esquire of Tainsfield and others the partners of the Coltness Iron Company 'under contract of copartnery entered into of equal dates with the said lease which is dated the 29th & 30th May 9th & 13th June and 4th & 7th August all in the years Eighteen Hundred Seventy One - (signed) James Houldsworth.
