'Book of plans or sheet maps of the estates of Netherdale and others...the property of Mrs Elizabeth Mary Rose Innes of Netherdale. Made out from an accurate survey taken in 1818, 19 & 20 by John McKenzie..Estates survey[e]d sub-divided and new modes of improv[emen]t suggested by John McKenzie.' By John McKenzie, land surveyor, Aberchirder. Drawn by Alexander McKenzie. 5 inches = 44 Scots chains; 1 inch = 3 chains. 720 x 590 mm. Coloured. Bound volume with linen covering. Estate plans coloured to show farms and fields. Field names and acreages. Adjacent lands named. Table of contents naming tenents and farms and giving acreages of infield, outfield, pasture, moor and wood. Title page ornamented with scrollwork.
