Description |
'Plan of lands of Denlugas, Banffshire, the property of William Lesslie, Esq.' By John Home, surveyor. 5 inches = 29 Scots chains (of 74 feet). 1290 x 965 mm on sheet 1310 x 990 mm. Coloured. Edgebound. Linen backing. Estate plan coloured to show farm boundaries etc. Field acreages given. Tenants named. Manor house, gardens, steadings, river Doveraon, roads and loaning noted. Table of contents giving acreages of infield, outfield and planting. Names of adjacent lands and owners. Title in oval cartouche. Compass rose. Note regarding straightening of march by Provost George Brown in April 1812. Photoreproduction is on 4 sheets - 840 x 600 mm each. |
