Estate plan coloured to show boundaries of lands leased to George Andrews, James Adams and George Richardson, together with pasture held in common by tenants, plantations, and the proposed distribution of twelve lots. Acreages of infield , outfield and pasture. Field names and acreages. River Deveron and roads noted. Note: The annexed is a plan of farm of Netherdale a part of estate of Pittendreich, surveyed spring 1795 by James Chapman and occupied by sundry tenants.'
