'A plan of barony of Pittendreich...the property of John Innes of Muiryfold.' By Thomas Milne, surveyor.
4 1/2 inches = 15 Scots chains; 4 inches = 300 ells. 1175 x 1020 mm on sheet 1220 x 1075 mm. Coloured. Edgebound. Linen backing.
Estate plan coloured to show boundaries of parks, farms, fields etc. Mansion house and offices with layout of summer house garden. Field names and acreages. 'Improved' and 'improveable' land noted. Steadings. Doveron river and roads. Names of adjacent lands and owners. Table of contents naming lands and tenant, with acreages of arable, planting, grass and moor. Title in rococo cartouche. Compass rose.
