'Plan and Elevation of the sea wall and embankment at Newport Fife referred to in the interlocutor of the Honourable the Lord Ordinary of 31 may and 19 july in process of Declator, William Berry, Esq, against landale's Trustees and Holden'. By James Leslie, Dundee. [1:84] 1 inch = 7 feet. 498 x 667 mm. Ink and colour wash. Linen backing. Plan and elevation of bleaching green and embankment. Some dimensions given. Breat wall and street rock marked along the rock. Cellar and stair to house marked. Note : 'The letters marked on the bleaching green show the points at which the borings were made and the measurements attached to them show the height or depth of the rock above or below high water of ordinary spring tides or 18 feet 2 inches on Tide grange Earl Greys Dock Dundee'. |
