Description |
'Alterations proposed at the manse Irvine'. By J. & J. Armour, Irvine. [1:96] 1 1/4 inches = 10 feet or [1:24] 1/2 inch = 1 foot. 522 x 748 mm. Ink and colour wash, Annotated in graphite. Tracing linen. Linen backing. Plans of groundfloor, first floor and cellar. Rooms named. Drains marked. Elevations of next court and garden. Sections AB, CD, EF, GH and through cellar window. Coloured to show alterations to bathrooms and WC. Note 1: 'This is the plan referred to in our offer of 15th June 1903 (signed) Tho[mas] Hall & sons'. Note 2: 'Irvine 2nd June 1903. Approved of conform to deliverance of this date (signed) W[illia]m Gilmour, D.G.'. |
