Sawers, Factor and Commissioner for James Sawers'. Unattributed. [1:2400] 1/2 inch = 100 feet. 393 x 349 mm. Ink and colour wash. Linen backing. Plan fo part of Neilston showing wayleave for sewer in Factory Street. Buildings marked. Streets named. Neilston Station, schools and Prospecthill are named. Note 1: 'The length of wayleave is 38 lin yards or thereby'. Note 2: 'Plan referred to in my letter to the Heritors of Neilston Parish per Rev Robert Barr of date 15th May 1907.
