[1:96] 1/8 inch = 1 foot. 545 x 375 mm. Ink and colour wash. Annotated in ink and graphite. Linen backing.
Plans of ground, first and attic floors coloured to show alterations. Rooms named. Some dimensions given. Drains marked on ground floor plan. Note: 'Aberdeen 8th March 1883. This is one of the plans referred to in the specifictions for the execution of the mason, carpenter, plaster, plumber and slater work of the additions and alterations to be made at the church and manse of the Parish of Newhills and is subscribed by us with reference to our several contracts for the execution of said works.
