Description |
'North British Railway. Bervie Branch. Plan of station arrangements. St Cyrus.' Drawn at Engineer's Office, Edinburgh 1:500 1 inch = 42 feet. 908 x 547 mm. Ink and colour wash. Annotated in graphite. Compass rose. Linen backing. Plan of the station at St Cyrus showing the arrangement of buildings in relation to the railway lines including the platform, station buildings, signal boxes, store house, goods shed, loading bank, lamp room, agent's house, hen house, well. Also noted are the boundaries of lands acquired; the original boundary on the contract plan of 1901 and permissions granted. Annotations note the proprietors of parts of land around the boundary. Stamped 'North British Railway. Engineer's Office. New Works Department. 99/463.' Plan verified as correct in 1953. On reverse references: 'U 2219' and 'D5/18'. |
