'Feuing plan of the lands of Rathelpie the property of the United College'. By David Henry, James Gillespie. 1 1/2 inches = 100 feet. 617 x 1082 mm. Ink and colour wash. Tracing linen. Linen backing. Feuing plan with feus marked and some proprietors named. Plan coloured to show proposed site for St Leonards Church with measurements given. Roads named and proposed new streets marked. Couple of clock plans of other unamed buildings. Note 1: 'This is the Plan or sketch referred to in the Minutes of Appointment of Valuators by The Heritors of the Parish of St Leonards and The ... court of the previously ... and signed as relative to and of ... (signed)'. Note 2: 'Signed by us David Henry architect St Andrews and James Gillespie Architect St Andrews as relative to our valuation of said lands and of our later committee (signed) David Henry James Gillespie'. |
