Feuing plan with feus marked and some proprietors named. Plan coloured to show proposed site for St Leonards Church with measurements given. Roads named and proposed new streets marked. Couple of clock plans of other unamed buildings. Note 1: 'This is the Plan or sketch referred to in the Minutes of Appointment of Valuators by The Heritors of the Parish of St Leonards and The ... court of the previously ... and signed as relative to and of ... (signed)'.
