Plan, front and side elevations of offices. Rooms named. Dimensions given. Note: 'Manse & offices not particularly estimated but will be nearly £600 for manse & £300 for offices -- if approved of or any alterations made will be particularly estimated afterwards -- no garrets - old materials not included to be deducted from above prices (signed) JC'. Note 2: 'Mr Callander examined the old manse & found the ends of the joists & some of the roof is in state of decomposition & could not in his conscience recommissioned it to be repaired & added to.
