No title. By Mackenzie and Matthews, architects, Aberdeen.
[1:96] 1 1/4 inches = 10 feet. 313 x 480 mm. Ink and colour wash. Annotated in ink. Tracing linen.
Back and end elevations with some dimensions given. Note 1: 'Ballater 11th July 1850. This is one of the plans referred to in my offer of this date.
