No title. By Mackenzie and Matthews, architects, Aberdeen.
[1:96] 1 1/4 inches = 10 feet. 315 x 479 mm. Ink and colour wash. Linen backing.
Plans of roof timbers and basement. Measurements of basement given and parts named. Note 1: 'Ballater 11th July 1850. This is one of the plans referred to in my offer of this date.
