'Plan of ground in dispute between the parties in causia The Lord Advocate against James Hunt Esq of Pittencrieff and adjoining ground and subjects prepared under remit from the Hon[oura]ble Lord Mackenzie'. By Henry J. Wylie, civil engineer. Lithographed by Schenck & McFarlane, Edinburgh. 1/4 inch = 10 feet. 704 x 972 mm. Coloured. Lithograph. Annotated in ink and graphite. Linen backing. Plan of Dunfermline Abbey and surrounding area coloured to show boundaries of disputed land. Colours explained in references. Buildings and ruins of the abbey marked and some named. Streets named. Signed again in ink by Henry J Wylie, Edinburgh, November 6th 1855. Dark ink used to add new boundaries and owners annotated in ink and graphite. |
