Description |
No title. [By Archibald Sutter, surveyor.] Scale [1:2700] 1 inch = 3 imperial chains. 608 x 590 mm. Ink and colour wash. Tracing paper. Annotated in ink. Linen backing. Plan of Kirkton and surrounding buildings including Bernera Barracks, the saw mill and the school. The high water tide of the ordinary spring tides is marked. Note: 'Chambers 3 Hill House, Edinburgh 5th December 1887. Referred to in the letter of this date to Marquis of Lothian, I &T. P. C. Secretary for Scotland'. |
