Scale [1:480] 1/4 inch = 100 feet. 515 x 812 mm. Ink and colour wash. Annotations in ink and graphite. Linen backing.
Plan coloured to show the River Dee leading to Aberdeen Bay. The County and City of Aberdeen, Footdee, Ferryhill, Girdleness and Torry are all marked. Red line marking the boundary of the City Royalty. Some buildings noted at the edge of the city.
