'Map of the Mouths of Estuary of the Rivers Ness and Beauly and coasts adjoining'. By H. Morrison, surveyor, Inverness. Scale 2 inches = 1000 yards. 780 x 1200 mm. Coloured. Lithograph. Dissected into 3 sheets. Linen backing. Plan shows the whole of the Rivers Ness and Beauly. Landowners are named. Towns, villages and stake nets are marked. Note 1 (on reverse): 'Beauly and Moray Firths showing positions of stake nets'. Note 2: 'The positions of the existing stake and other nets and yairs, are marked with a tinge of red. The sites of stake nets, which have been recently but are not now standing, are marked with a tinge of green. The limits of the different properties are marked with a tinge of yellow. |
