'Parish of Greenock or East Parish of Greenock. County of Renfrew' & 'Tidal waters. In Parliament session 1884 Greenock Harbour. Proposed graving dock at Garvel Park. Plan and sections. November 1883'. By Sir John Hawkshaw, Walter Robert Kinipple, Surveyors. Scale 1/2 inch = 100 feet. 542 x 754 mm. Lithograph. By Maclure & Macdonald, Glasgow, Lithographers. Linen backing. Plan shows the James Watt dock which is in progress and the site of the proposed new graving dock. The area covers East Hamilton Street to the edge of the Forth of Clyde. Garvel Park House and Cappielaw Inn are marked. |
