`'A plan of the barony of Castle Douglas lying in the parishes of Kelton, Buittle and Crossmichael and Stewarty of Kirkcudbright, the property of William Douglas, Esq.' By John Gillone, surveyor.
Scale: 'Scots statue chains.' Photoreproduction.
Estate plan showing farm and field boundaries. fields named and numbered. Dykes, hedges and ditches shown. Kirkland House and Ingliston House. Kelton kirk and manse. Farm buildings noted. Ruins on Barley Hill top. Names of adjacent lands and owners. General explanation or key. Title in decorative rectangular frame. Compass rose. Vignette of town of Castle Douglas, Carlingwark Loch, [Kirkland] mansion house with folly on hill behind, cows, a fisherman, etc. Note: 'Castle, 16 May 1814.
