Description 'Plan of the bleaching grounds & c. at Luncarty in Perthshire, with the Tay Canal and the ground marked out for a road & c. on north-west side of said canal.' Surveyed by T. Calvert.
[1:3600] 1 inch = 300 feet. 641 x 868 mm. Ink and colourwash on vellum. Annotated in ink and graphite. Compass rose.
Plan of the bleaching grounds and surrounding area with roads, field boundaries, bridges, buildings, waterways, and other features noted. Table of references . Note: 'This is the plan referred to in the disposition granted by William John Sandeman, William Turnbull, & other partners of Sandeman, Turnbull & co., and Turnbull, Sandeman & co. to the tr[ustees] for D G Sandeman, Ross, Turnbull & co. of date the twenty sixth day of August eighteen hundred and twelve years.'
