Estate plan showing the farms of Kirklauchline, Cairngarroch, Auchentibbert and Auchentibbert Croft. First is divided into North, Middle and South Third and then subdivided into lots. Second is divided into groups of fields (each field numbered with acreage) the acreages of which are given in table of contents. Third is divided into fields which are numbered to correspond with table of contents. Fourth is divided into fields with acreages of each given but only total in table of contents. Steadings, gardens, yards, cot houses, roads, and coastline noted. Table of contents gives some comments on land use, and chance of improving lands of Kirklauchlane, and acreages under headings of arable, pasture, meadow and moss. Adjacent lands owned by Colonel McDouall and J H Blair. Note referring to Decreet Arbitral signed by James Horne and John Dickson. Another copy - RHP4601. |
