Description |
'Plan of the 5th lot of the estate of Garthland'. By James Knox [1:3600] 1 in = 4 Scottish chains 55 x 81 cm Plan, RHP4627/1 of the farms of Little Lochans, Culmic Muir, Culmic Croft, Culgrange and Bridgebank with lands of last only coloured to show arable and moss/moor, and an area of disputed ownership. Some fields numbered with acreages. Steadings, an 'Old Dyke Demolished' cottages, roads including the 'New Line of Road to Stranraer', streams, bridge, and drainage ditches noted. Engraved. Table giving contents of Bridgebank farm under land use headings of arable, pasture, moor, moss, bog and plantings for each field and for Little Lochans Farm as a whole - RHP4627/2. |
