Description |
'Plan of the estate of Sheuchan, the property of Col P Vans Agnew, C B, of Sheuchan and Barnbarroch. Meikle and Little Tongues surveyed 1828-9 by Colin Christison and the farm of Sheucan copied from a plan by John Christison.

Plan coloured to show the farms of Sheuchan and Meikle and Little Tongue and the arable and pasture land of each. Fields and pastures named and numbered to correspond with a table of contents. Steadings, cottages, roads, trees, streams and Black Loch noted. Relief by brush wash. Adjacent lands and proprietors named including Earl of Stair and Patrick Maitland. Multiple scale. |
