By John Gillone [1:10,700] 1 in = 12 Scottish chains 104 x 46 cm Plan coloured to show the boundaries of the farms of Wierston, Milton of Craigoch, Barbeth, Balwherrie, Dinduff, Challoch, Nether and Upper Glenstockdale, Knock, Maize, Glaick and Portslogan. Enclosed and unenclosed fields numbered. Moss, arable, steadings, cottages, mill of Craigoch, mill and bridge of Soleburn, manse and kirk of Leswalt, roads, streams, coastline, Loch Ryan and Irish Channel at KnockBay noted. Relief by brush strokes. Adjacent lands and proprietors named including Sir Stair Agnew, Sir John Hunter Blair and Earl of Galloway. |
