'River Eden improvements. Plan showing straightening of channel from 50 yards below Shiels Bridge to march between the farms of Nochnary and Raecruick. Sheet No 1'. By James Leslie [1:1800] 1 in = 150 ft 135 x 49 cm Plan coloured to show existing and new river courses with proposed embankments. Lands of Bowhouse, Nochnary, Shiells, and Home Farm of Lathrisk, drainage ditches, roads, marches, parish boundary, woodland, Shiells Bridge and maggies Mouth Burn with proposed embankment noted. Part of Collessie and Strathmiglo parishes included. Inset of Maggies Mouth Burn [scale 1:72] showing dimensions of embankment.
