Printed booklet giving conditions of sale and detailed description of lots for sale as shown on RHP4401/1. Details of acreages and annual rentals for plots and the whole estate. Photographs showing views of Castle Huntly and the other plots with buildings. The sale included the residance of Castle Huntly, the gardens, the farms, the houses and steadings and practically the whole village of Longforgan. |
