'A Plan of The Moss of Cairnbulg.' By John Jaffray.
Scale [1:2200] 1 inch = 60 yards. 545 x 424 mm. Ink and colour wash.
Moss of Cairnbulg with boundary in colour. Annotations with details of moss, cornland and boundaries. Mosses of Innernorth and Inverallochy noted. Drawn as proof of boundaries in a dispute between William Moir and a neighboring landowner concerning the moss. The veracity of the map is witnessed by two signatories. |
