Description |
'Buckhaven harbour shewing alterations and repairs on east pier'. Tracing from plan by Buchanan & Bennett, C E Edinburgh.
[1:360] 1 in = 30 ft 99 x 73 cm
Plan coloured to show proposed new bulwark and surface of causeway to be repitched or covered in whinstone. Harbour with piers, low and high water at ordinary spring tides, and part of Buckhaven village noted. Cross-sections of east pier showing amount of causeway to be repaired and mode of construction of bulwark [scale1:96]. Longitudinal-sections of quay face and back of east pier showing new bulwark and wall tobe taken down and rebuilt. |
