Description |
'The division of the common lands of Corrennie'. By James Forbes Beattie. [1:14,300] 1 inch = 18 [Imperial] chains 380 x 500 mm. Lithograph. Plan of the scheme of division coloured to show the allotments of General Byres, Lieut Col Gordon, Rev Charles McCombie, F G Fraser, Mrs B Craigie, Mrs S D Dingwall, William Davidson, the Tutors of Sir William Forbes of Craigievar, Mrs Brebner and Mr Innes, William McCombie and B Lumsden. Old Kirk of Tough, roads, mosses and streams noted. Relief by hachures. Adjacent farms, with tenants' names, and proprietors named including all those who shared in the commonty. Signed and dated by the surveyor and endorsed Edinburgh 20 July 1852. Note: 'This is the plan of the Division of the Common Lands of Corrennie which is referred to in the Interlocutor of the Lords of the second division of the Court of Session of this date and hereby authenticated accordingly.
