'The City of Aberdeen Land Association Limited Feuing Plan of lands of Torry, Aberdeen'. By Walker and Duncan, Surveyors, 3 Golden Square, Aberdeen. Lithographed by Andrew Gibb & Co, 3 Queen Street, Aberdeen. [1:2500] 1 inch = 210 feet. 500 x 790 mm. Lithograph. Feuing plan of the lands of Torry with proposed layout of new feus superimposed in red. Existing and proposed streets, some dimensions of land to be feued, adjacent feus with proprietors' names, prison, school, two Free Churches, Club Boat House, Craiginches House, factory of Harpers Ltd, River Dee with ferry, Wellington suspension bridge, viaducts, high and low water marks, salmon fishing foreshore, Caledonian Railway and signal cabin, telegraph, and municipal county and estate boundaries noted. Inset pictorial sketch of Aberdeen as seen from Torry Hill. Some adjacent lands named. Multiple scale. |
