No scale 62 x 53 cm
Plan of the infield-outfield lands of Renton coloured to show the arable lands belonging to the farms of harelawside, Howpark, Renton Bell and Renton Barns and pasture all in process of being divided. Red and blue boundary lines noted within lands but no explanation. Steadings, roads, and rivers noted. Lands of Renton not under division and adjacent proprietors noted including Sir James Hall of Dunglass and Sir John Stirling. Endorsed 'This is the sketch of the Lands of Renton, referred to in my Report to the Lord Ordinary, of this date. A. Coventry, commissioner. Edin. 3rd July 1812.' |
