[1:8000] 1 in = 9 Scottish chains 72 x 48 cm Detailed estate plan showing Bredisholme House, policies and farms of Bredisholme Mains, Avenuehead, Elymuir, Woodhead, Newlands, Aikenhead, Woodlands, Great Brae Head, Easter Long Muir, Mainhill, Dykehead, Balgedy, Barton's Hill, Cuillhill and Gilmurnook. Each farm is coloured differentlt and fields named and numbered to correspond with a very detailed table of contents which gives both Imperial and Scots measurement. Lint mill, Calder Mill, New Mill and mill lead, dam dyke, bridges, roads, steadings, cottages and plantations noted. Adjacent lands and proprietors named including Mr Stirling of Drumpelier, Mr Wark, Robert Pender, and Colonel Douglas. Multiple Scale. |
