'Lochaber Water Power. Plan showing works between Lochs Laggan and Treig as now proposed. Plan No 4319 [1:10,600] 6 ins = 1 mile 126 x 58 cm Revised plan of the proposed building programme under the Lochaber Water Scheme. Laggan and Treig dams with present water levels and future top water levels, old water course, line of proposed temporary railway and the diversion of permanent one, road diversions, tunnel with diversion weirs and intake shafts, alternative sites for working shaft and construction adits noted with the limits of deviation for all. Moy Lodge, Fersit Bridge, Tulloch station, Burnside Cottage, the farms of Moy, Torgulbin, Craigbeg, Roughburn, Inverlair and Fersaid Mor, lochs, streams and gravel pit and camp sites noted. Adjacent proprietors, Sir John Stirling Maxwell, the Macintosh of Macintosh and Sir John Ramsden, given with the amended area belonging to each which was to be flooded. |
