Description |
'Plan of the commonty betwixt the estates of Balnamoon and Kintore at Brown caterthun'. By William Rickard [1:3200] 1 in = 4 [Imperial] chains 72 x 129 cm Plan coloured to show the sections of undisputed commonty which have to be divided, the sections of disputed commonty and the sections of commonty for which the division is agreed upon. The final division of the commonty is given in a second table of contents. Acreages given. Roads, streams and Cater cottage noted. Adjacent lands and proprietors named including Earl of Kintore and james Carnegy Arbuthnott who share in the commonty along with the laird of Balnoon. Endorsed by A Robertson, commissioner , and James Begg, clerk, twice on 26 February 1847 at Brechin in reference to the didpositions of William Rickard and Robert Hector. Relief by brush wash. |
