'Plan of the estate of Boghall, the property of William Wilkie, Esq'. Surveyed by James Adam, Junior. [1:2040] 1 in = 170 ft 96 x 63 cm Estate plan showing line of a proposed railway. Each field numbered to correspond with table of contents which gives the acreage of arable, woods and roads, and another table of contents which gives the acreage taken by the railway in each field. Steadings and Linlithgow Loch noted. Relief by hachures. Proprietors of adjacent lands named including Miss Burnside Flask, Mr Dawson, Captain Grant, Lord Hopetoun, Mr Johnstone and the Burgh [of Linlithgow]. Multiple scale. Cross-section along central line of railway [scale 1:360]. |
