'Rhins of Galloway light railways 1898.' By W. A. Paterson, surveyor. 1:63360. 1 inch = 1 mile. 509 x 812. Lithograph. Hand coloured in ink. Linen backing with leather cover. Copy Ordnance Survey sheet showing Railways No 1, 2, and 3 from Whiteleys to the Free Church Manse at Drummore and from West Challoch and Dunragit joining line No 1 at High Culgroat. Each mile of Railways 1,2,and 3 is marked and the total distances given. Noted are the Girvan and Portpatrick line (Glasgow and South Western Railway) from Whitecrook to north of Glenwhilly Station and the Portpatrick and Wigtownshire Joint Railways from Portpatrick to Stranraer and to the west of Mill. |
