'Survey of roads in Lauderdale.' By John [Blackadder]. Scale [1:4500] 1 inch = 376 feet. 1270 x 590 mm. Ink and colourwash. Linen backing. Compass rose. Plan of roads on both sides of valley of Leader Water between Blackburn and Lauder Barns [A68(T)] and Cleekhimin Bridge to High Cross [A697]. Cleekhimin and Midburn tolls, Thirlestane Castle and policies, burgh of Lauder, New, Lyleston and Wiselaw (water) Mills, steadings at Lylestone, Old Lylestone, Blackburn, Newbigging Walls, Lauderhaugh, Newbigging, Huntington and Norton, gamekeeper's house, mercat cross and church noted.
