'A plan of part of the estate of Melgund in Forfar Shire Belonging to the Right Hon Lord Minto'. By Alexr Kinghorne, surveyor. [1:4800] 1 in = 6 Scottish chains. 1140 x 700 mm. Ink and colour wash. Linen backing. Plan of the farms of Balgarrock, Woodrae, Crosston, and Turin Hill coloured to show land use - arable, pasture, plantations and moor. Kemp's Castle (hill forty), mill dam, old watermill, quarry, standing stones, steadings, wells and roads noted. Abstract of contents. Names of adjacent lands. |
