Estate plan of Broadmeadows coloured to show farm boundaries including Meadowhouse Mains, Hutton Mains and Broadmeadows. Hutton village, steadings, church, manse, schoolhouse, village green, watermill and roads noted. Field names and acreages given. Table of contents. Names of adjacent lands and proprietors including Blake Stow Lundie of Spittal, George Logan of Fishwick and William Jeffreys of Sunwick. Endorsed 'Edinburgh 18 April 1928.
