Plan of part of the Barony of Glengarnock belonging to the Right Hon the Earl of Crawfurd ? Copied from the original plan by Wm Forrest, Edinburgh, dated March 1803, by P Sturrock, Kilmarnock, 1841. [1:3600] 1 in = 4 Scottish chains 82 x 155 cm Plan of lands west of Kilbirnie Loch from Barrhill to West Mains including Kilbirnie Village 'inserted by the eye'. Fields numbered to correspond with acreages and land use given in extensive tables of contents. Intended tract of Saltcoats to Glasgow canal, coal engine, cotton mill, watermill, steadings and roads noted. Names of adjacent lands and proprietors. Inset plan of North and South Dyke farms. |
