'Plan of the lands of Viewfield surveyed by John Ainslie, 1796, with the new feus at Lasswade added thereto by Grainger and Miller'.
[c 1:1800] No scale 120 x 80 cm
Plan of lands to east of Lasswade including Viewfield, harding Green and Pendreich farms. Field-names and acreages given. Lasswade village, coal pits, colliers' houses, atermill, brick field and toll houses noted. Table of contents. Relief by grey brush wash. Names of adjacent lands and proprietors including Marquis of Lothian, Lord Melville, Robert Fletcher, Mr Paterson and Dalkeith Common.
