Description |
Sketch of the Manor Place of Invercauld with that part of the Entail'd Estate surrounding it, shewing the extent of the Old Estate from the sources of the Water of Clunie to the Water of Gairn and the several intermixed properties lately acquired by Mrs Farquharson; also the Common, over which the pasturage was promiscuous and the feuel and the game common property. All which purchases are now proposed to be Exchang'd for Marlee and added to the Entailed Estate, an addition not only considerable in extent but rendering the whole more compact and free of all servitudes and of course more improveable with well defined marches in every quarter. [1:126,720] 1 in = 4 furlongs 1230 x 930 mm Estate plan with boundary of entailed lands coloured. Roads and settlements noted. Relief by grey wash. Parts of Glenmuick, Tullich and Glengairn parish included. |
