Forfar, Academy, Haugh, South Street, Canmore and Victoria Works, proposed diversion of Lordburn, line of proposed outlet sewer and land required for irrigation to south of Loch of Forfar. Endorsed 'Plan referred to in my report of 7th February 1878. John Willet. 'Produced in causa Earl of Strathmore v Forfar Police Commissioners. |
